Worship is at 10am each Sunday. Dress is casual. Children are very welcome in worship and there is an activity section for young children.

On the first and second Sundays of each month, worship centers on a reflection (sermon). In addition to hymns and prayers, there are opportunities to share joys and concerns and to respond to the service. On first Sundays, we also celebrate communion and all are welcome to participate. On the third Sundays of each month, we have Wild Church. We worship outside with Nature, and a period of Wandering and Wondering on the land replaces the reflection. Children love these services. While Christian, these services intentionally make space for other spiritualities.

On the fourth Sundays of each month, we have Taize worship. These services feature meditative singing and periods of silent prayer as well as scripture and liturgical prayers.

James Rissler has been our pastor since October 2024. He tries to live with Love, Joy, and Presence, and believes that love of God and of one another is the heart of the gospel. He is happy to tell you why he’s an Anabaptist Christian, but also enjoys engaging all expressions of faith and none. He is currently finishing a Doctor of Ministry, exploring the spirituality of people attending Wild Church at AMC who identify as spiritual but not religious.
